BNPP AM strengthens MAQS team with hire of senior strategist

BNP Paribas Asset Management (‘BNPP AM’) announces the appointment of Maximilian Moldaschl to the Research & Strategy team within its Multi-Asset, Quantitative & Solutions (‘MAQS’) investment group.

Maximilian is a Senior Multi-Asset Strategist based in London, and reports to Guillermo Felices, Head of Research & Strategy within MAQS.  He joined in September and oversees multi-asset publications and communications, as well as working to enhance the quality of cross-asset strategy and thematic research, and integrating fundamental, technical and quantitative research into the decision making process.

Maximilian has considerable sell-side experience within multi-asset research, as well as strong academic credentials.  He joined BNPP AM from Citigroup Global Markets in London, where he worked for nine years, most recently as Director, Global Macro Strategy & Asset Allocation.  In this role his responsibilities included cross-asset market research, identifying trade ideas, asset allocation and portfolio modelling.  An Austrian national, Maximilian has an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.
