BNPP AM appoints Ingo Ahrens as Head of Germany

BNP Paribas Asset Management announces the appointment of Ingo Ahrens as Head of Germany.  He will be in charge of the institutional, wholesale as well as the retail business of BNP Paribas Asset Management Germany.

Ahrens reports to Charles Janssen, Head of Northern Europe and Co-Head of Distribution Europe and locally to Lutz Diederichs, Chairman of the Group Management Board BNP Paribas Germany. Ingo will join on 1 April and will be based in Frankfurt am Main.

Ingo joins from Robeco, where had been Head of Germany for 11 years and built up the institutional and wholesale distribution business. Previously, he held various leadership positions in the financial industry.
